There are two types of earnings to keep straight: creator earnings and agency earnings.
Creator Earnings
Creator earnings - commission from links, Opportunity payouts, gifting, etc. - live in the creator's account.
You can see a creator's earnings if they've granted you access to their account. Once they do, you can proxy in to their account and view their Earnings tab directly.

Agency Earnings
If you have take-rates set up with one or more creators, your Earnings tab will show those payouts under Opportunity Payments. Each line item includes:
- The Opportunity title (the brand campaign name)
- The creator's name
- The Bonus amount - your portion based on the take-rate the creator has set
You can download this data directly from the Earnings tab.
ShopMy does not accept invoices for any type of payment. All payouts flow directly through the platform.
Received a Payment and You’re Not Sure What it’s For?
It’s likely an Opportunity payment for a creator with a take-rate set to you. Your share splits off automatically and lands under Earnings → Opportunity Payments, listed by Opportunity title and creator name. Download it any time from the Earnings tab
