A manager account lets you manage your creators' shops on ShopMy, from building links to tracking their earnings. Manager accounts are created through a creator invite, so to get set up, one of your creators adds you as their manager and you'll get an email to finish signing up.
Have your creator add you
Ask one of your creators to do the following from their account:
- Log in to ShopMy.
- Go to Account Settings → Account Management.
- Click Add Manager.
- Enter your manager or agency account email address.
Finish setting up your account
Once they've added you, you'll get an email prompting you to sign up. Click through to create your manager account, and you'll be connected to their shop right away.
Tip: Have your creator double-check the email they enter. If it's off by a letter, the invite won't reach you.
