Here’s how you can make the most of it:

  • Filter your chats – View only messages from brands who have sent you opportunities or lookbooks.
  • Reduce noise – Hide messages from brands you’ve never replied to or that only send promotional batch messages.
  • Sort your inbox – Organize conversations by most recent or by most popular brands on ShopMy (based on engagement).
  • Search smarter – Use expanded search to find messages instantly by brand name or keyword.
 

These tools help you stay organized, prioritize meaningful connections, and manage collaborations more efficiently.

 

Note: Creators can initiate chats with brand partners once they reach the Trendsetter tier. Enthusiasts and Ambassadors can only message a brand once the brand has started the conversation.
