Your Creator Tier isn't permanent. Since most of your score is based on rolling activity, it can move down as well as up. Here are the most common reasons:
- Your traffic or order volume dropped. These are calculated as a monthly average over the past 3 months. A quiet month pulls your average down, even if your total activity elsewhere stayed the same.
- You fell out of the activity window. Recent Activity is based on the last 13 weeks. If you were active earlier but haven't created links recently, that older activity ages out and no longer counts.
- A referral downgraded. Your Referral Credits are tied to the tier your referred creators maintain. If someone you referred drops from Trendsetter to Ambassador, your credits from them adjust down too.
- A social account got disconnected. If a connected profile is unlinked, you'll lose the points tied to that step in Profile Completion.
Good to know: Once you reach a new tier, you're guaranteed to stay there for at least 14 days, even through a short break. After that window, your tier reflects your current score.
