What is changing with the newest version of the App (2.1.0)?

App 2.1.0 is a major update to the ShopMy creator mobile experience. The focus is on two things: smarter data visibility and a more intuitive app structure. You can now access richer analytics and performance data — including information that was previously only available on web — all from mobile.

There are five key changes:

The goal was to make it easier for you to understand their performance and take action — without having to jump between the app and desktop. Key data like earnings, tier score, and payment history are now front and center on mobile.

The Links tab has been replaced by the new Home tab. All the functionality is still there — it's just been reorganized and combined with key account information like Creator Tier and Earnings into one unified view.

Both are now visible directly on the Home tab, so you no longer need to go into Account Settings to find them.

At the top of the Home tab, you will see a graphical overview of their link clicks by day of the week. It's a quick, at-a-glance snapshot of how your content is performing day to day.

Account Settings is no longer a standalone tab. You can access it by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner of the Home tab.

The tab order has changed. Home is now the first tab (previously Links), and My Shop has moved to the far right. This is intentional — the new structure is designed to surface the most important information (performance + earnings) as soon as you open the app.

Home → Link Performance → Earnings → My Shop. Account Settings is accessible by clicking your profile picture on the Home tab, not a tab of its own.

It's a new persistent button — visible from any tab in the app — that lets you quickly create a new link or a new collection without having to navigate to a specific tab first.

The floating "+ New Link" button on the Home tab has been removed. The central Create button is now the primary way to create links from mobile. On the My Shop tab, there are still dedicated "+ Collection" and "+ Product" entry points.

Mobile Snapshop isn't new — you've always been able to use it to turn any product page into a shoppable affiliate link directly from your mobile browser. But we heard feedback that many creators thought Snapshop was desktop-only. So, we added a simple in-app tutorial, accessible from the central Create button, to make it easier to discover and use.

Look for the central "+" button visible at the bottom of the screen from any tab. From there, you can select "Create Link" or "Create Link via Mobile Snapshop."

It's a new dedicated tab where you can see a week-to-date overview of your link performance — specifically clicks and commission earned. It's designed to give you a fast, clear read on what's driving results right now.

Yes, this mirrors data already available on web. This release brings it to mobile for the first time in a more visual, accessible format.

The Earnings tab has been redesigned to be more visual, with a graphical chart showing monthly performance over time. It's easier to see trends at a glance rather than scanning a list of numbers.

The Payments tab is a payment history log — showing you a record of payments you've received through ShopMy. This has always been available on web, but it is now on mobile for the first time.

Check your app version. These changes are only available in the latest version of the ShopMy App. Update via the App Store.
