Do shoppers have to create accounts to shop my storefront now?
Nope! No account is needed to shop from a Creator’s storefront, or use quicklinks.
An account is required to use features like Wishlists and Circles. Shoppers will be prompted to sign up when they try to use these features.
Is a shopper account required to use Circles or Wishlists?
Yes. While shoppers don’t need an account to browse or shop your recommendations, they do need to sign up to use Wishlists and Circles features.
How do I switch between my Shopper and Creator account?
When you log in with your existing username and password, your Shopper and Creator accounts are automatically linked.
In the top right corner near the search bar, you’ll see a pill-shaped toggle that displays either “Shopper” or your Creator tier (like Enthusiast, Icon, etc.). Simply click the pill to switch between views.


Earnings & Commission: How commissions work and earnings appear
How does Commission work?
- You earn 100% of commission when a shopper purchases through your storefront or direct link.
- If a shopper saves your link to a Wishlist and buys later, you still earn, even if it’s weeks or months after the original click.
- If a shopper buys a product while browsing a Circle, commission is shared among all creators in the Circle who recommended that product.
How will my earnings show up?
Your earnings will show up as a bonus on Sundays.

Features & Functionality: Information on Wishlists, Circles, and New Storefronts
What is the “Trusted By” count?
Your Trusted By count shows how many people trust your recommendations. It’s a simple signal that helps shoppers and brands understand your influence.
- How is it calculated?
- A shopper is counted as trusting you if they:
- Add you to a Circle
- Favorite a Circle you’re in
- Make a purchase through your links in the past 12 months
- How can I improve my count?
- Here are three effective ways:
- Share more links – More links means more purchases, which increases your count.
- Encourage people to add you to their Circle – That way they’ll see your picks when they’re ready to shop.
- Get featured in Circles – As your count grows, the ShopMy team may feature your Circles in curated lists across categories.
- Other Things To Know
- If you’re an Icon or Trendsetter, your tier appears next to your Trusted By count.
- To protect shopper privacy, we estimate your recent purchase count based on your sales data and the ratio of new vs. repeat shoppers.
- You can hide this from your shop by going to the Shop Settings section in Account Settings on the web.
How do Circles interact with Opportunities or other ShopMy features?
Circles are an additional discovery layer, they don’t replace anything. Your links can still earn through Opportunities, Collections, and storefronts. Circles just add more surfaces where your content can appear and convert.
Who is included in Circles?
Any creator can be added to Circles by Shoppers. However, only creators with Trendsetter and Icon status, and/or a Trusted By count higher than 100, are searchable by shoppers.
Do I need to manually maintain my new page?
Nope! As long as you continue linking products, your page will stay fresh, Latest Finds, Most Popular, and For You tabs all update automatically. That said, you’re always welcome to update your Collections if you want to keep those curated and current.
What is “Latest Finds”?
Latest Finds is an auto-updated section that shows every new link you share - whether it's a quicklink or part of a collection - sorted from newest to oldest.
- How long does it take my links to show up here?
- While processing times can vary, highly active creators typically see their links go live sooner.
- If you're an Icon or Trendsetter, you can expect your links to be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Can I hide links from showing up here?
- You can hide links at the system or link level:
- To hide links at the link level, navigate to the “Latest Finds” tab and press the 👁️ icon to hide individual products. You can also edit the pin directly in your “Links” tab to remove from your shop. As a reminder, please allow 24 hours for new links and product data to appear in the tab.
- To hide links at the system level, go to “Account Settings” and then go to “Shop Settings.” From here, you can specify which types of links you’d like to show on your storefront.
What is “Most Popular”?
Most Popular highlights the products in your shop are most popular amongst shoppers.
- What metric is used?
- These products are ordered by view count, not purchases. View count is visible to creators, but not visible for shoppers.
- Duplicate products (e.g., the same product linked multiple times) will be consolidated, so clicks count toward a single entry.
- What time frame is it looking at?
- Most Popular looks at the products with the most views over a rolling 30 days.
Does anything change with my collections?
Nope, and you don’t need to change anything! All of your existing collections will continue to work exactly as they are.
Why don't I see the new features in the ShopMy app?
The ShopMy app currently supports creator functionality only. To access the latest features, please log in via a mobile browser or desktop and switch to your shopper account.
Link Management: Visibility, expiration, localization, and performance of links
Will expired or sold-out links disappear automatically?
Yes. Our team continuously audits links, and full automation is in progress so broken or out-of-stock products will be removed automatically in future updates.
How do I hide links on the Latest Finds Tab?
There are two primary ways:
- Product Level
- If creators want to hide specific products from their Latest Tab, they can navigate to the Latest Tab and press the 👁️ button to hide individual products.
- As a reminder, please allow 24 hours for new links and product data to update for maximum accuracy.

- Settings: Click “Account Settings” and then go to “Shop Settings.” From here, you can specify which types of links you’d like to show on their storefront. There are 4 options:
- Visible Collections and Quick Links: Shows all published Collections and any unhidden Quick Links.
- Visible Collections and Popular Quick Links: Shows Collections and only top-performing Quick Links (based on most clicks).
- Visible Collections Only: Displays only your published Collections.
- All Links: Surfaces every link you share, including Collections, Quick Links, and Opportunities.

Do links automatically work for different countries?
Yes. ShopMy links will automatically localize when possible, meaning if a shopper clicks your link from another country, we’ll redirect them to the correct international product page or equivalent retailer. This helps ensure global audiences can still shop your recommendations seamlessly.
Why are the images for my links showing the wrong retailer or colorway?
When you link a product, the image shown in your Recent Links and Storefront is pulled from the retailer’s default variant. This can result in a different color, size, or retailer image than what you originally selected.
In most cases:
- The link itself still goes to the correct variant
- The product title will reflect the general product name, not the specific color/size
This is a known limitation we’re actively tracking. If you notice that the link is going to the wrong product entirely, please report it so we can take a closer look.
Discoverability & Optimization: Boosting exposure and discoverability
Do I need to add keywords or do anything to maximize my discoverability on the platform?
Nope! ShopMy takes care of all product titles, descriptions, and metadata behind the scenes, so your links are automatically optimized for search and recommendations, no extra effort required. The best way to boost your discoverability is to stay active and keep linking regularly, daily recommendations help keep your storefront fresh.

Will Wishlist activity be visible to creators?
Not right now, but we are working on giving insight into what shoppers are saving and engaging with.
Will there be a ShopMy app for shoppers?
Yes! We're planning to launch the ShopMy app for shoppers by the end of the year. In the meantime, we've optimized the mobile browsing experience, so shoppers can easily explore and shop from both mobile and desktop.
