Pending Commission Earnings
When a purchase is made, the commission enters a pending state until the retailer’s return window closes, the transaction is verified, and the retailer sends payment to ShopMy. This process typically takes 30–120 days, depending on the retailer. Once the commission is received, the transaction status updates to locked and is included in the next payout.
Pending Opportunity Earnings
Opportunity earnings are pending until the brand’s payment is received. This ensures that ShopMy can safely release funds and aligns with how creators are paid commissions—once the brand’s invoice is paid.
Most brands release payments immediately since they pay upfront, but some may have a short delay.
