What is Force Capture?
You've put in the work — Force Capture makes sure your content gets counted toward your opportunities. Use it to manually submit links or social posts that fall outside automatic tracking, so your results reflect your full effort.
Links
My link isn't counting toward my opportunity — what do I do?
Links can fall outside the automatic tracking window or not meet the standard criteria for a variety of reasons. Force Capture gives you a direct way to submit the link with context explaining why it should count.
How do I submit a link?
From the opportunity screen in the app, you'll see a list of links that aren't currently counting toward your results. Select Submit on any link, add a note, and it will be sent for review.
Can I submit the same link more than once?
No — each link can only be submitted once.
Social Posts
How do I get a social post counted toward my opportunity?
ShopMy automatically scans Instagram and TikTok for posts associated with your opportunity. If your post appears in the Candidates section, select Submit to add it to your results.
What if my post isn't appearing in Candidates?
You can manually enter your post URL. The platform will pull in a preview for you to confirm before submitting.
My Story has expired and the URL is no longer active. Can I still submit it?
Yes. You can upload a screenshot or raw video as proof of the post. It will be attached to your submission and reviewed accordingly.
What happens after I submit?
Your submission will move to Pending while it's being processed. Once complete, it will appear as Counted in your opportunity results. You can track the status from your opportunity results screen at any time.
How It Works
How often does ShopMy scan for my content?
The platform scans every 4 hours. If you've recently posted, check back to see if new candidates are available to submit.
Does my brand partner need to approve my submission?
No — Force Capture works automatically on the brand side. Your submission will be visible on their dashboard, but no action is required from them to process it.
Is this available on desktop?
The submission flow is currently available on mobile only. Brand partners can view force-captured content from their web dashboards.
