Discount Codes on Storefronts

Your audience can easily shop your codes in one place

What is the "Discount Codes" section?

Discount Codes is an auto-updated section that gathers the codes you have with brands into one place. Shoppers can find and shop them without digging back through your content, which means more visibility and more sales for you.

Where can shoppers see it?

Only in the ShopMy app. This section does not appear on the web version of your storefront, and shoppers need a ShopMy account to see it. By default, codes are sorted by how closely each brand matches the shopper, and they can re-sort by recency or discount size.

What codes are included?

All your active codes are included automatically. If a code expires or a brand deactivates it, it’s removed from the section on its own, no action needed from you.

What happens when a shopper taps a code?

The code is copied to their clipboard and they are taken to the brand’s website with it automatically applied, so it is waiting for them at checkout.

Does this put my codes at risk of getting leaked?

No. The "Discount Codes" tab is only accessible to shoppers signed in to a ShopMy account in the app. It is not available on the open web, where your codes could be picked up by bots or scrapers. You are also free to hide any code you don't want shown.

Can I hide codes from showing up here?

To hide one code, tap it and switch off "Show on my storefront." The tab itself stays visible with the rest of your codes.

To hide the whole section, open your shop settings and hide "Discount Codes" from your list of sections.
