What does it mean when Snapshop says “Found other rates”?
In some cases, ShopMy is able to locate the same product on another retailer’s site at a different commission rate. We surface this information to help you determine which retailer you would like to link to.
What does “No commission available” mean?
This means that this particular retailer is not a commissionable partner with ShopMy at this time.
Is Snapshop available on all browsers?
At this time, Snapshop is available on Google Chrome or Safari.
I am having trouble installing Snapshop on Safari. What am I doing wrong?
Due to a Safari limitation, there are a couple of additional steps required to enable Snapshop on Safari.
After adding Snapshop to the bookmarks bar in Safari, you must enable Snapshop usage.
- On the Safari menu, select Safari —> Settings —> Advanced —> Check “Show Development Bar
- On the Safari menu select Develop —> Disable Cross-Origin Restrictions
