There are three ways to create commissionable links (sometimes called “quick links”):
- Searching our catalog
- Pasting in a product URL from a retailer website,
- Using Snapshop on mobile or desktop.
You can also search your existing links when you want to share a product again, and you can redirect an existing link to a different retailer.
To add a product to a collection click the "Add New" button. You can also create a link without adding it to a collection by going to the “Links” tab (located in the top right of the web page).

From our Catalog of products
To add via our catalog, just click "search our catalog" after clicking the "add new" or “create a new link” button. Search by product name. You can filter on the retailer website and brand name.
When you select an item, a new panel will appear where you can edit the product title, select shade variants where applicable, and add a description if desired. Once you've revised that to your liking, click "Add Product" to add to your collection.
By URL
To paste in a product URL, just visit any retailer website online and copy the URL. When you go to add the new item, select “Add By URL” and paste the link in the designated area. ShopMy may ask if you want to paste from Safari. Click Allow Paste and select Create Link.
It may take a minute for your image and title to appear. When the modal pops up, you can edit the product title, select shade variants where applicable, and add a description if desired. Once you’ve revised that to your liking, click “add product” to add to your collection.
Searching My Existing Links
To quickly grab pre-existing links, just tap the “Links” tab and search for the product name.Then click “copy” to instantly copy that link.
If you want to add a product you already have a link for to another collection just click “add new” and then “search your products”. You will then be able to add any of your products. Adding the same item to more than one collection will create two separate links for that product so you can track your earnings in both collections and see which is gaining more traction.
Mobile Snapshop
Mobile Snapshop allows you to create links directly from a retailer’s website. Please note that mobile Snapshop is currently only available on iOS.
1. Make sure your ShopMy app is updated to the latest version on the app store.
2. Navigate to the desired webpage and press the share button at the bottom of your screen.
3. Select the ShopMy app. If you do not see it right away, select “More.”
4. You will be redirected to a new screen to customize your link. Once you’re done making changes hit “Create Link.”
5. Click “Copy” and add that link to your socials or your most recent collections.
Changing the retailer on a link
If you have created a link to a product, but you find that another retailer offers a better rate or you just want to support another retailer, you can easily configure the link to lead to another retailer, by following the directions below.
- Find the link you would like to change in your links tab.
- Click “edit”.
- In the top left, it will show you the retailer and the commission that retailer offers.
- Under that, if the item is available from other retailers, you will be able to click “see other retailers”.
- You will see a list of other retailers that offer that item and their commission rates.
- Simply select the retailer you would like to switch to and your link will be automatically updated.
