2. Copy your unique script code

3. This script must be installed on every page where you want auto-linking enabled.

2. Install the Script on Your Website

Option A: Add Directly to Your Website (Recommended)

• Insert the script before the </body> tag in your site’s HTML template.

• Ideal for publishers with direct control over their website’s backend.

Option B: Use Google Tag Manager

• Add a new tag in Google Tag Manager.

• Select Custom HTML and paste the script.

• Set the trigger to fire on All Pages and publish the changes.

Option C: Install via CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

• WordPress: Use a Header/Footer plugin to insert the script.

• Squarespace: Go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection and paste the script in the footer.

• Shopify: Add the script to Online Store → Theme → Edit Code → theme.liquid before </body>.

3. Approve Your Website’s Domains

• In Account Settings → Advanced, enter your website’s domain(s) under Allowed Domains.

• Click Update to activate auto-linking for your site.

4. How Links Are Generated

• Any product link in your content (e.g., https://www.jcrew.com/...) will automatically convert into a ShopMy affiliate link in the following format:

https://go.shopmy.us/ap/yourusername?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.retailer.com%2Fproduct

• This differs from manually generated links, which follow the format: https://go.shopmy.us/p-12345678.
• The first time a reader clicks a link, it will appear in your ShopMy Links tab for tracking.
