It's important that you attach your social content to your collaboration after the content has gone live to ensure that your content is appropriately tracking. The Connect Social Content section is where you can link the content to your collaboration after publishing in order to report performance.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Accounts to your ShopMy Account
Make sure your appropriate social channels for the collaboration are connected to your ShopMy account. Use our guide here on how to connect your socials. This gives ShopMy access to read the analytics on your posts. Once connected, you can select the posts that correspond with the collaboration.
Step 2: Head over to the collaboration you need to upload your content to and click on “Links & Analytics”
Now that your socials are connected, it will change from “connect” to “from.” Click on the social account again to connect the posts. Tap + ADD on the posts/stories/reels that belong to this collaboration
Now that your content is connected, you can view analytics that both you and the brand will see. You might also notice an additional affiliate link(s) to the product(s) in your content. Feel free to share this with your audience if you haven’t already.
