To reset your password:
- Log into your account and click on account settings
- You will see an option to update your password
If you do not remember your password:
- Go to https://shopmy.us/home
- Click on “Log in” on the top right hand corner
- Click on “Forgot your Password”
- Enter your email address. If an account with this email exists, a password reset code has been sent to your email address. This code expires within 1 hour. If it has been longer than that, please restart the process.
- Enter the code in the following module:
