The Account tab on the ShopMy app is where you can check your tier status and earnings, chat with our team, update your account information, and even refer a friend.
Checking your Creator Tier
To check your creator tier select “My Creator Tier” to open up the Creator Tier Panel. This will provide you with a breakdown of your current tier status and up to level up.
Checking your Earnings
To check your earnings, select “My Earnings” from the Account panel. This will open up a detailed report of all earnings and the status.
