What is the Sales tab?
It’s where brands share the sales they’re running, so you can plan your content before a sale goes live. Each sale shows the offer, dates, terms and any code.
Where do I find it?
On the app or web, open Latest, and navigate to “Sales + Promotions”.
How are sales ordered?
Sales from the brands you work with show up first. Sort by ending soon or highest commission, filter for live, upcoming, or saved sales, or search for any sale on ShopMy.
How can I manage the sales I want to cover?
Save the sales you plan to cover so they’re easy to find under your Saved filter.
On web, use the toggle in the upper right to switch to calendar view, or download your list as a CSV. Both work with whichever filter you’ve applied, whether that’s live, upcoming or saved sales. Calendar view and CSV downloads aren’t available on mobile.
What’s the difference between live and upcoming?
Live sales are running now. Upcoming sales have been shared ahead of their start date, so you have time to plan.
How far ahead can I see a sale?
Each brand decides, up to 30 days before the sale starts. Some sales will appear closer to their start date or on the day they begin.
Can I share an upcoming sale right away?
Check the embargo date on each sale before you share it. Until then, use the time to build your collections so you’re ready when it goes live.
Is a sale code the same as my creator code?
No. Sale codes are available to every shopper. Your custom creator codes are still in Codes.
What if a sale doesn’t have a code?
Some sales apply automatically at checkout, so there’s no code to share.
What if a brand changes its sale?
The sale card will reflect any updates the brand makes, so check back for the latest details.
