Archiving is similar to hiding, but slightly different. Similar to a hidden collection, an archived collection is visible only to people who have that URL. However, archived collections are organized under your “Archive” tab on your main shop page. Archiving is useful for retiring collections that may become stale. For example, let's say you made a collection for your Sephora sale picks. After the sale is over, you no longer want to display that on your page. Archiving is a good option for this use case. There are two ways to archive collections — either from your main shop page, or from within a collection. When you are on your main shop page, you can tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of a page, then tap “archive collection.”
